Somen salad is a great main dish or side dish. This is also a great recipe for hot days!
Suggested toppings: roasted sesame seeds, wakame, aburaage tofu, cucumber, thinly sliced carrot, egg
Plunge it in an ice cold bath, drain. You can also let it chill in the fridge depending on how cold you want it.
Plate somen, add toppings of choice and then pour dressing over the top. Serve.
